CONDITION:
To all potential buyers: This shoes is brand new and are in excellent
unworn condition with no discernible damage or defects found on the
item. In our footwear, since we
offer free shipping and footwear is cheaper to ship without its original box
they will be shipped in the secured padded packaging material. Most of our
pre-owned clothing and garment are no discernible damage or defects and will be
shipped out washed, cleaned, and freshen so it will be ready for you to wear.

measurement stated below, we also noted the size where found on each item's
size tag attached but we suggest to check the actual size measurement. Please
note that all of these items are either brand new (with the original tag
attached) or worn just once. In many cases the item is unworn and has
never been used. If we sell an item with minor defects it will be stated
as such. This is rarely the case. Likewise, where an item has been
“used” it will be stated as such. All items are part of a bought family
collection, which were exclusively chosen due to their rarity, quality and
uniqueness over many years. We do not sell sub-quality materials or items

If the clothes are pre-owned it will ship to you cleaned, washed and steamed or ironed. But if the items are brand new with tag, unworn or new without tag please expect some dirt, dust and marked by hand due to hanged in the store, closet or by fitting or touching the clothes. It you wish to ship the brand new or unworn item to be cleaned it’s your choice please noted us and we can do for you but tag will be removed and the sign of being unworn will be gone.
RETURN POLICY (Terms & Conditions):
New Items
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving the items. Any returned item that is brand new or unworn should be in its original brand new shape and original packaging. You are allowed to fit all new shoes or boots and we advise walking on a flat surface or carpet to avoid damaging your newly-purchased item (while under the 14-day warranty). Please do not remove the tag until you have decided to keep your shoes or boots. Likewise, with all clothes and garments that are in BRAND NEW condition, you are allowed to fit them but please do not remove the tags until you have decided to keep them. All returned garments should be in their ORIGINAL BRAND NEW SHAPE WITH NO SIGN OF WEAR OR TEAR. Otherwise, 50% of the full payment will be deducted and 50% will be refunded.
Pre-Owned Items
Items that are in PRE-OWNED condition and are returned within the 14-day warranty period will be fully refunded provided they are returned in the same condition received.

All returned items are at your shipping cost and refund money will be issued as soon as we receive the returned item.
All photos of items are time-stamped and each item is inspected before packing and posting.
