New Items

Returns are accepted up to 14 days after receiving the items. Any
returned item that is brand new or unworn should be in its original brand new
shape and original packaging. You are allowed to fit all new shoes or boots and
we advise walking on a flat surface or carpet to avoid damaging your
newly-purchased item (while under the 14-day warranty). Please do not remove the tag until you have
decided to keep your shoes or boots. Likewise, with all clothes and garments that are in BRAND NEW condition,
you are allowed to fit them but please do not remove the tags until you have
decided to keep them. All returned garments should be in their ORIGINAL BRAND
NEW SHAPE WITH NO SIGN OF WEAR OR TEAR. Otherwise, 50% of the full payment will be deducted and 50% will be
refunded.

Pre-Owned Items

Items that are in PRE-OWNED condition and are returned within the 14-day
warranty period will be fully refunded provided they are returned in the same condition received.

All returned items are at your shipping cost and refund money will be
issued as soon as we receive the returned item.
